  • We deliver to all major locations within the city. If your area is not covered, the app will notify you at checkout.

2. Delivery Time

  • Standard delivery time ranges between 30 to 60 minutes, depending on the restaurant’s preparation time and your location.
  • Delivery times may vary due to traffic, weather, or high demand.

3. Delivery Charges

  • A standard delivery fee applies to all orders. Charges vary based on distance from the restaurant.
  • Free delivery may be available on promotional offers or minimum order value.

4. Order Tracking

  • You can track your order live through the QuickShopy app.
  • In case of delays, our support team will notify you.

5. Failed or Delayed Deliveries

  • If delivery is delayed beyond the estimated time, you may contact customer support for assistance.
  • If the delivery is unsuccessful due to incorrect address or customer unavailability, the order may be canceled without a refund.

6. Cancellation & Refunds

  • Orders cannot be canceled once placed.
  • Refunds are only applicable for canceled or undelivered orders due to operational issues.
